Welcome to the Dark Side by Giana Darling

I was a good girl.
I ate my vegetables, volunteered at the local autism centre and sat in the front pew of church every Sunday.
Then, I got cancer.
What the hell kind of reward was that for a boring life well lived?
I was a seventeen-year-old paradigm of virtue and I was tired of it.
So, when I finally ran into the man I’d been writing to since he saved my life as a little girl and he offered to show me the dark side of life before I left it for good, I said yes.
Only, I didn’t know that Zeus Garro was the President of The Fallen MC and when you made a deal with a man who is worse than the devil, there was no going back…

This is Daddy Zeus Garro’s story from Lessons In Corruption. A standalone in The Fallen Men Series.

Everything I expected and so much more…..

This is a beautifully written romance…. that follows the fortunes and misfortunes of the indomitable Louise/Lou and Zeus an MC president and her ‘hero’. This was a wonderful story; and honestly an unexpected treat…if I was to sum it up I would say that it was a book of two halves…the first half isn’t the usual MC story although the premise sits within this genre.. this book starts with a violent beginning and a childhood infatuation, which becomes a slow burning romance; surrounded in darkness but never quite being tainted by it……the second part has everything I was expecting and more with dirty talking tough guys, a brotherhood, a battle to be fought and violence…and some seriously dirty and steamy moments too….

Zeus is deliciously dark and all alpha… an outlaw in the truest and baddest sense of the word… and Lou is a conflicted character, smart, strong and courageous….a chance meeting drew these two very different individuals together, and a determined young girl and fate kept their relationship going…Both have their own battles to fight and both are warriors in their own way….

There were so many great aspects to this story I particularly loved the letters exchanged between the hardened criminal biker and the enchanting child/ young girl with an indomitable spirit..

This was sweet and brutal, suspenseful and funny, heartwarming and heartbreaking, romantic and downright filthy , and I loved it…
