Only the second book of Beck’s I’ve had the pleasure to indulge in, I once again found myself swept up in this romance. Beck’s biggest strength is the characterisation of Addie and Beau, their complex pasts, wonderfully natural characteristics, and lilting accents really speaking through the pages of my Kindle.
The chemistry was there, the erotic scenes sizzling, and there was enough originality with themes which are becoming more popular (and as a result, less different) to keep my interest piqued. I smiled, I swooned, and I just couldn’t get enough.
